- Eating
- Drinking - Except: Non-alcoholic beverages in a lidded container
- Parking in a bus loading zone
- Parking in a posted no-parking area
- Putting feet or dirty objects on a seat
- Transporting animals - Except: service animals or animals in enclosed carriers small enough to fit on your lap
- Soliciting
- Littering
- Posting signs or distributing materials
- Selling objects or merchandise
- Selling commercial services
- Performing ceremonies or making speeches
