Permits

A Right of Entry Permit is required when entering MTS/SD&AE right of way for any purpose, construction or non-construction.

Filming and Photography

You can film and photograph on MTS property for some uses without a permit, but commercial uses always require a Right of Entry permit.

First Amendment Permit

Certain areas of our property are available for First Amendment Activities authorized with a permit.

Safety Training

All roadway and railway workers are required to complete a 4 hour safety course for on-track safety.
