From the participation of over than 6,000 Vision Builder survey responses, 2,300 individuals from community events, and hundreds of involved working groups and workshops MTS is proud to have developed the first draft of our expenditure plan to elevate our transit systems the way you want it. The draft expenditure plan is set to be presented to the general public, industry trade groups and other stakeholders to further solidify the final plan and have it on the November 2020 ballot for San Diegan Voters!
Highlights from the plan include: Trolley to the Airport, Extended Service Hours, Improved Safety and Security, More Rapid Routes, Increased Bus Service (Frequency, span, 24 hours, new local routes), New Freeway Transit Connections, Sorrento Valley Skyway, and Free Fares for Youth (18 & Under).
