- Balboa Park: In addition to the Zoo, enjoy the beautiful scenery, architecture and museum fun! (Rapid 215, Routes 3, 7 and 120)
- Hit The Beach! Catch Routes 8/9 to Mission and Pacific Beach; Route 30 to La Jolla; and Routes 901/904 to Coronado and Silver Strand.
- Living Coast Discovery Center: Check out the diverse collection of animal ambassadors and hands-on, interactive exhibits. (UC San Diego Blue Line Trolley to E Street, then catch the Discovery Center shuttle.)
- La Mesa: Head east and stroll Downtown La Mesa for boutique shopping and dining. (Orange Line Trolley, Routes 1 and 7)
- Headed out of town? Let MTS be your ride to the airport! (Route 992 from Santa Fe Depot.)
