UTC Transit Center Reopens
A new and vastly improved UTC Transit Center reopens for regular bus service this spring. Routes 30, 31, 41 (weekends), 50, 60, NCTD 101, 105, Rapid 201/202, Rapid 204 and 921 will be relocated into the new transit center. Please check the Take One for more information, including a map.
Transit Optimization Plan 2017 Update
In fall 2016, MTS collected more than 3,000 online and in-person surveys from riders to get their feedback about the current system. After several months of assessing surveys, ridership patterns and system data, MTS has made preliminary recommendations to modify certain routes and schedules to maximize efficiency. A second round of public outreach will happen in Spring 2017, and final recommendations will go to the MTS Board for approval, with changes anticipated in June 2017.
