Liberty Station, in partnership with The Chabads of Downtown San Diego and Pacific Beach, will host a public menorah lighting at Liberty Station’s Central Promenade to commemorate the first night of Hanukkah on Thursday, December 26th at 5PM– 8PM in Central Promenade next to the Rady Children’s Ice Rink.

The magical, family-friendly festivity will include entertainment, packaged treats, and the traditional lighting of the menorah.

Following the first night of Hanukkah, the menorah will stay outdoors on display in Central Promenade, lighting up each night of Hanukkah.

How to get there:

Save on gas by taking MTS to Liberty Station! Get to Liberty Station via Route 28 - get off at Rosecrans St & Roosevelt Rd then walk towards Roosevelt Rd and go straight. The event will take place at the South Promenade. Add money to your PRONTO card or app in advance - remember that transfers are free for up to 2 hours with PRONTO. Be sure to tap or scan before every ride - even transfers!
