Affects Routes 1, 6, 20, 41, 88, and 120
Plan (2) is in effect when the Fashion Valley Transit Center is open, but Fashion Valley Rd. and Avenida del Rio are closed at the San Diego River due to flooding.
Route 6, which ordinarily accesses Fashion Valley via Camino de la Reina and Avenida del Rio, is detoured to Mission Center Rd. and Friars Road. There is no Route 6 service west of Mission Center Road except for the Fashion Valley Transit Center.
Routes 1, 20, 41, 88, and 120, which ordinarily cross the San Diego River on Fashion Valley Rd. in one or both directions, are detoured to use Friars Rd. and Highway 163 instead.
