Affects Route 6
Plan (1B) is in effect when Fashion Valley Rd. is open, but Avenida del Rio and/or Camino de la Reina (at the Highway 163 underpass) are closed due to flooding.
Route 6 is detoured between Mission Center Rd. and the Fashion Valley Transit Center, with no Route 6 service west of Mission Center Rd. except at the Fashion Valley Transit Center. This detour uses Interstate 8 and Fashion Valley Rd. between Mission Center Rd. and the Fashion Valley Transit Center, instead of Camino de la Reina and the access road underneath the Trolley.
