Go Green and Save Green! Trolley to Wonderfront Music & Arts Festival

Avoid the traffic and parking hassles. Thousands of free parking spots are available at Trolley stations.

San Diego - Wonderfront Music and Arts Festival kicks off their inaugural weekend this Friday, November 22 in Downtown San Diego. To make the trip to the festival a breeze, the Metropolitan Transit System is encouraging festival goers to avoid traffic, parking hassles, and high rideshare fares by parking for free in any of the several Park and Ride stations along the Trolley lines.

Getting to the venue:

All three Trolley lines will depart every 15 minutes most of the day, offering direct service to Downtown. Sycuan Green Line will depart every 15 minutes throughout the event. Additional trips will operate toward the end of the event as needed.

Here are the Trolley stations nearest to the festival entrance gates:

Sycuan Green Line:

Santa Fe Depot Station (Broadway Port Pier entrance gates).
Seaport Village Station (Seaport Village/Embarcadero Marina Park North/Ruocco Park entrance gates).
Gaslamp Quarter Station (Embarcadero Marina Park South entrance gates).

*On Friday and Saturday, an additional sweeper train to SDSU will depart 12th & Imperial at 12:06 am.

UC San Diego Blue Line:

America Plaza Station (Broadway Port Pier entrance gates).

Orange Line:

Courthouse Station (Broadway Port Pier entrance gates).

Passengers on the UCSD Blue Line and Orange Line can transfer to the Sycuan Green Line at 12th and Imperial to get to all entrance gates.

E Street: 267 free parking spots (UC San Diego Blue Line)
Encanto/62nd Street: 158 free parking spots (Orange Line)
47th Street: 129 free parking spots (Orange Line)
